VAKRI (RETROGRADE MOVEMENT) OF SHANI FOR RISHABA RASI (18.02.2013 TO 08.07.2013)


"Effects of Vakri Shani for the Rishaba Rasi (Taurus)":

The Shani becomes Vakri (moving in a retrograde manner) from 18.02.2013. At present the Shani is traversing in the Thula rasi (Libra sign), where it maintain friendly relationship with the Sukra, who has the lordship over the Libra sign. 

The Shani attains extreme strength in the Thula rasi (libra sign). But a graha attains neecha status (Debilitated position) by moving in a retrograde manner (Vakri) when it is placed in the exalted house. Thus the Shani would deliver a neecha effects (Debilitated strength) for the Rishaba rasi during this period.

 The Shani becomes a highly benefic graha for the Rishaba rasi by having lordship over the 9th and 10th house. But it is staying in malefic 6th house and also becomes "Pathaga Athipathi" status by becoming the lord of the 9th house. Thus the retrograde movement of the Shani (Vakri Shani) does not bring good results to the Rishaba rasi (Taurus sign). Now let us see the effects of Vakri Shani (retrograde shani) on the Rishaba rasi (Taurus sign). 

 1. The trouble or tensions within the family or with family members might increase slightly. 

 2. The paternal relationship or ties with the father may not be smooth. 

 3. Planning visits to temples or holy places might get delayed. There could be disturbances on the spiritual activities. 

 4. There would be slow down on the business activities too.

 General:

 The Vakri Shani (retrograde movement of the Shani) would actually lower the benefic results and certainly would not cause any major harm. The Rishaba rasi (Taurus sign) would experience slow down on their business activities till May 2013. But that would change after the Guru Peyarchi period after the Guru transit into the Gemini sign (Mithuna Rasi) after June 2013. Hence the Rishaba rasi (Taurus sign) need not worry too much about Vakri Shani in 2013.
