What is Shani Mahadasa period?

As per Hindu Vedic Astrology, all humans who are born in this world will have a life longevity for 120 Years. These 120 Years are divided by all the 9 planets in an unequal manner @ every planets will have a chance to rule our life for a particular period of time. The "Period of Time" are called as "Mahadasa". If the Shani rules our life, then we can conclude that we are passing through the Shani Mahadasa period. The Shani Mahadasa runs for 19 years in our lifetime.

What is Shani Antardasa Period?

The 19 Years of Shani Mahadasa is divided into 9 sub periods, which are called as Antardasa periods. Each sub period will be ruled by all the 9 planets. The Shani will rule the first sub period, which lasts for 3 years and 3 days. The first sub period (Antardasa period) is called as the Shani Antardasa period. Hence the Shani will rule the natives life in the form of Mahadasa lord and Antardasa lord for 3 years and 3 months

  2. Shani is placed in Sagitarious ascedant (and rasi is same). concurrently shani mahadasha and anterdasha is running. Pleas advise.

HOW TO CALCULATE ASHTAVARGHA FOR SHANI?

Method of Calculating the inner strength of Shani in your Horoscope: There is a popular proverb in Tamil Don't believe your eyes; they can always cheat you But believe in your intelligence, it will not let you down.  Using this Proverb, we can calculate the real strength of all Planets.
